What happens at a survey

An engineer walks the site with you. Gates, tracks, yard, buildings, and whatever it is that made you pick up the phone.
We measure power, broadband and mobile signal at each building we would cover, not at the house.
You get a written specification saying what each device is for, what it will and will not do, and a price.
Where it makes sense to phase the work, the specification says which part to do first and why.
No charge, and no obligation to proceed.

Insurance requirements

If your insurer has given you a written specification, send it over before the visit. Some require intruder alarm work to be carried out by an SSAIB or NSI certificated company. Installation here is by Secure Systems, which is SSAIB certified, and we will tell you plainly whether we meet the wording you have been given.

If you are outside our area

We will say so. The postcode field is first on the form for that reason. A security system with no realistic maintenance behind it is not worth buying, and we would rather lose the enquiry than sell you one.
