Who you are actually dealing with
Equestrian Security Solutions is a specialist offering, not a separate company. The surveys, the installations and the maintenance are all carried out by Secure Systems.
Equestrian Security Solutions is a trading name of Secure Systems. Secure Systems is an SSAIB certified security installer working across South Wales and the UK, fitting CCTV, fire, intruder alarms, access control, networking and public address systems.
The reason for a separate name and a separate site is straightforward. Rural and equestrian sites need a different conversation from commercial ones. Distances, connectivity, power, animals, weather and the fact that a yard has twenty legitimate visitors a day are not edge cases on a farm, they are the whole design problem. A commercial security website is not set up to have that conversation.
What does not change is who turns up. Same engineers, same accreditation, same phone number, same address. If you have already dealt with Secure Systems, you are dealing with the same people.

The SSAIB certification belongs to Secure Systems. Equestrian Security Solutions does not hold a separate accreditation, and we would rather say that plainly than let a logo imply otherwise.
How we work
We survey before we specify
Nobody sends a price list. An engineer walks the site, checks power and signal at each building, and writes a specification that says what every device is for. If we think a building is not worth covering, that goes in the document too.
We reuse what is worth reusing
Serviceable cable, a current recorder, a panel with life left in it. Spending the budget where the gaps are is better work than a full rip-out, and we will tell you honestly when something genuinely has to go.
We would rather sell less
The commonest advice we give on a rural site is to spend on one identification camera at the entrance rather than four general-view cameras around a yard. It is a smaller order and a better system.
We maintain what we install
Rural equipment weathers. Lenses film over, seals perish, batteries fade and hedges grow into a camera view over a summer. A system nobody services stops being a system, so servicing is part of the proposal rather than an upsell.

What customers say about the engineers
Verified Google reviews of Secure Systems, the company that carries out every Equestrian Security Solutions installation. They are commercial and domestic customers rather than yards, so read them for how the team works rather than for equestrian experience.
We have used Secure Systems for years and have always had 5 star service on both fire and intruder systems. Paul and his team are top class installers and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Secure systems did a fantastic job of providing new remote access security cameras, security and fire alarm systems in our new warehouse. They utilised some existing infrastructure and only installed new when needed. Providing a high quality, cost effective service, with excellent response times.
Very professional service and fully explained types of system they offer and the best type for me. Very clean installation and no damage to my property. Great after service maintenance as a slight technical fault on my system was fixed in less than 24hrs. I would happy recommend this company.

An engineer walks the site with you, works out where the gaps actually are, and writes it up. You get a specification and a price for the property in front of us, not a package picked before we arrived.
